Overview
Turning freight's messiest paperwork into structured data and decisions made in seconds.
Stargo, then known as StarDox, is a freight management automation platform that turns any document or free text into structured data and dynamic proposals. I designed the mobile and web product experience, giving freight teams real-time visibility to make faster, more reliable decisions.
Problem
Freight teams were losing time and deals to manual paperwork, RFQs, rate sheets, and quotes arriving as scattered documents and free text that had to be read, interpreted, and re-entered by hand before anyone could price or act with confidence. The product needed an interface that could make that structured data feel immediate and trustworthy across both mobile and web.
Solution
I designed the mobile and web experience around clarity and speed, structured data laid out so freight teams could scan a proposal and trust it at a glance, instead of digging through raw documents. Since launch, the product drove a 27% productivity improvement, a 4% margin improvement, and a 5.1% lift in conversion rate.
